用料
猪皮 | 300克 |
青花椒椒盐风味 | 1袋 |
姜 | 5-10片 |
葱 | 1根 |
料酒 | 50克 |

家里是不是买肉剩了些猪皮,你是不是做了皮冻? 做了炒猪皮? 如果吃惯了这些,尝尝空气炸猪皮吧,佐以青花椒椒盐,酥酥麻麻,另类享受。
猪皮切开,祛除肥肉
猪皮切小块,葱,姜,料酒煮15min,筷子能扎透
平铺晾干,也可用烤箱100度热风2小时
开始设置了3小时,后来发现2小时即可
放入空气炸锅,200℃,20分钟,中间翻面
出锅撒上椒盐,个人口味偏重,又撒了些盐?。
大家根据自己口味增加盐量。
