豆角洗净用开水煮一下,开水里放少些盐,煮至差不多熟时捞出,过凉水控干备用。
Wash the green beans and blanch them in boiling water. Add a small amount of salt to the boiling water. Boil until the green beans are almost cooked, then remove and rinse with cold water. Drain the water and set aside.蒜切片,热锅凉油,先把蒜片放入炒出香味后放入扁豆翻炒,然后加入适量的生抽和盐继续翻炒2分钟,最后放入蚝油翻炒均匀即可关火。
