清炒芹菜千张,调味:植物油、盐少许
煎南瓜厚片,调味:植物油、肉桂粉
杂粮粥(大米,玉米,红米,藜麦米,苦荞,青稞,燕麦米,高粱米,大黄米,绿豆,红扁豆,糙米,红枣,糯米)
清炒豌豆苗,调味:植物油、芝麻香油、盐少许
土豆沙拉配马苏里拉奶酪片
土豆沙拉制作:蒸土豆压碎、胡萝卜丁煮熟、煮鸡蛋压碎、黄瓜片,拌一起,铺两片马苏里拉奶酪片,入微波炉加热至奶酪片融化

The season & the location: Late autumn(autumn in Shanghai is typically dry), Shanghai(31°13′43″N 121°28′29″E)
Food list:
local green sugar cane(heat in microwave to body temperature)
simple stir-fried celery with sliced bean curd sheets; seasoning: vegetable oil & a pinch of salt
fried thick slices of squash; seasoning: vegetable oil & cinnamon powder
porridge of mixed multiple grain(rice, corn kernel, red rice, quinoa, Tartary buckwheat, highland barley, oats, sorghum, broomcorn millet, mung beans, red lentils, brown rice, dried red dates, glutinous rice)
simple stir-fried pea seedlings; seasoning: vegetable oil, sesame oil & a pinch of salt
potato salad made with crushed steamed potato and boiled egg, diced carrot root, sliced cucumber, and Mozzarella cheese slices
Making steps:
1.mix crushed steamed potato and boiled egg, diced carrot root, and sliced cucumber together
2.put 2 slices of Mozzarella cheese on top of the mixture
3.heat in microwave oven till the cheese melts
