Noodle (Quick & Easy) 面条(简单快手)
用料
noodle 面条 | 1 bunch (1小把) |
water 水 | 800ml (800毫升) |
egg 鸡蛋 | 1 (1颗) |
Scallion 小葱 | 2 (2根) |
garlic 大蒜 | 1 leave (1小片) |
soy sauce 酱油 | 3 tsp 3茶勺 |
oyster sauce 蚝油 | 1 tsp 1茶勺 |
vinegar 香醋 | 1 tsp 1茶勺 |
sesame oil 芝麻油 | half tsp 半茶勺 |
sugar 糖 | quarter tsp 1/4茶勺 |
Noodle (Quick & Easy) 面条(简单快手)的做法
Sauce Prep Step 1: 酱汁准备1:
- Wash two scallion and 1 leave of garlic
洗干净两根葱和一瓣蒜
*(Use the white part of the scallion in this step
在这步,只用葱白)Sauce Prep Step 2: 酱汁准备2:
- Chop the white part of the scallion and the garlic into small pieces
切碎洗干净的葱白和蒜
- Put into a bowl
放入一个小碗Sauce Prep Step 3: 酱汁准备3:
- Heat 1 tbsp oil on high until hot
加热一汤勺的油
- Pour the heated oil into the bowl of garlic & scallion
烫油倒入那碗葱白和蒜,能听到滋滋声Egg Prep:荷包蛋
- Use the same pan which used to heat the oil
不需要洗锅,直接用剩下的油
- Fry the egg in leftover oil
炸一只荷包蛋Sauce Prep Ingredients:调料准备需用:
- Add these ingredients into garlic/scallion/oil mixture:
准备这些调料Sauce Prep Step 4: 酱汁准备4:
- soy sauce 酱油 : 3 tsp
- oyster sauce 蚝油:1 tsp
- vinegar 香醋 : 1 tsp
- sesame oil 香油: half tsp
- sugar 糖:1/4 tsp
- Measure these ingredients,add to the mixture in the bowl of hot oil/garlic/scallion
往热油葱蒜里依次按比例加入这些调料,拌匀Noodle Prep Step 1: 面条准备步骤 1:
- Heat 800ml water to boil
烧开800毫升水
- Cook 1 bunch of thin noodle at high heat for 2-3min
细面一把放入,大约大火煮2至3分钟
- Pour the noodle with water into a big soup bowl
煮好的面条连同水一同倒入一只大汤碗里Noodle Prep Step 2: 面条准备步骤 2:
- Chop the green part of the scallion
把那两根香葱的绿色部分切葱花
- Scattered onto the bowl of noodle
直接放到煮好的汤面里- Add the sauce to the noodle (taste to your own liking)
依口味加入调拌好的酱汁
- Add the fried egg on top
放上荷包蛋
- Enjoy!
