微波孢子甘蓝
用料
孢子甘蓝 | 5个 |
西红柿 | 1个 |
香肠 | 1-2根 |
盐 | 适量 |
胡椒 | 半勺 |
香草(就是herbs,不是做冰激凌用的vanilla) | 半勺 |
微波孢子甘蓝的做法
孢子甘蓝划十字花,西红柿切碎
孢子甘蓝放在碗中,加少量水,用盘子盖上,放入微波炉,微波8分钟
拿出孢子甘蓝加入胡椒粉,盐,番茄,香草
倒250毫升水,混合均匀
放回微波炉,加热10分钟左右
拿出来,吃!
