①云米蒸箱蒸:
➡️水箱加蒸馏水,设置:纯蒸➡️115度➡️38分钟。
②松下蒸箱蒸:
➡️水箱加蒸馏水1000克;
➡️选择电脑烹调的“白切鸡”档;
➡️按“一键烹饪”选择1000克的重量,然后按“开始”键,烹调时间为32分钟完成;
